The other bedrooms (1 King + 2 Queens) are on the second floor, along with a second full bath (also with walk-in shower) in the hall. The third floor loft, in addition to its 2 Twin Beds + 2 Twin Trundles, features a play area complete with soft-play couch and ottoman, SmartTV with access to streaming services, and a 10-in-1 kids' sized game-table. This makes for a fun space for kids and adults alike! The first floor open-concept living and dining area is great for entertaining. Cozy up on the oversized sectional, turn on the electric fireplace (heatless so it's safe and can be used year-round), and watch TV on the 65" TV with access to streaming services. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances (including dishwasher), as well as cookware staples to facilitate all your meals and gatherings. Coffee drinkers have their choice of classic drip, Keurig, or Nespresso machines. Enjoy your coffee on one of the 4 outdoor lounge chairs or 8 outdoor Adirondack chairs. When it's time to eat, you can grill on the gas BBQ and dine inside or outside on the deck directly off the kitchen. Both have plenty of seating for all. Relax and play safely in the fully fenced front yard with direct views of the sand and beach entrance. The u-shaped streets behind the house also make for a more enclosed space for kids to play and ride.
